Buyer Readiness Report · An Emerging S.R.O. service

Give buyers clear answers.

A private review of the answers buyers can find on your website.

Buyers compare information across your product pages, pricing, help documentation and terms. We check whether those sources answer the questions that matter for the product and market you want us to review.

Your team receives the supporting evidence, priorities and suggested updates in one place, with product or policy decisions clearly marked for you to confirm.

€250 excluding VAT · One-time review · Private delivery · No meeting required

Two ways we help

Free directory research. A report prepared for your team.

The free listing helps buyers compare.

Our directories organize public product information, pricing, documentation coverage and buyer questions. Readers and vendors can submit corrections without charge. Factual verification and published findings remain independent of any purchase.

The commissioned report helps your team act.

We agree the buyer questions, review the selected sources and prepare a private report with priorities, up to 3 editable draft updates and checks for the changes. Your team also receives the follow-up and recheck described below.

You pay for the additional research and practical work. You do not need to buy a report to correct our listing or resolve a published finding. We document clear answers as well as gaps, and do not promise a minimum number of issues.

A defined scope

A focused review of one product.

The scope below is covered by our service terms.

1 software product
Public information in English for one agreed target market. Your product does not need to be listed in our directories.
10 buyer questions
Questions chosen for your product and buyers. You can suggest questions your sales team often receives.
Up to 20 public web pages
Selected pages from your own product, pricing, help, security, privacy and terms resources. We do not review every page on your website.
A private report and recommended changes
Answers to the chosen questions, sources and review dates, findings and their limits, recommended changes and ways to check them.
Up to 3 draft updates
Suggested wording based on the available evidence. We clearly mark decisions your team needs to make.
Initial delivery within 10 business days
The delivery timeframe starts after payment and receipt of the information we need. We confirm your delivery date by email.
One round of follow-up questions
Send your questions and corrections together within 14 calendar days of delivery. We respond within five business days after receiving your complete feedback.
One check of your published updates
Submit up to three updated URLs within 30 calendar days of delivery. We check whether they resolve the reported questions. Response time: five business days.

What your team receives

Know what to change and where to start.

See where buyers may get stuck.

We record which buyer questions the selected pages answer clearly and where details are missing, unclear or conflicting. You can see which questions may require a buyer to contact sales or make an assumption.

Check the evidence.

Each finding links to its sources and explains what we could and could not verify. Your team can check our reasoning and provide any missing context.

Know what to tackle first.

We explain why each finding matters to a buyer and suggest which changes to make first.

Start with suggested wording.

The report names the pages to update and includes suggested wording for up to 3 changes. We clearly mark any product or policy questions your team needs to answer first.

Bring the research together.

We bring the relevant sources, findings and recommendations together in one place. Sales, marketing and documentation teams can work from the same evidence instead of repeating the research separately.

Check your updates.

We explain how to check each recommended change. For example, does the same pricing condition now appear consistently on all relevant pages?

Delivered as a private HTML report, a PDF copy and editable Markdown documentation drafts. Your team reviews and approves any wording before publishing.

Before you commit

Would the report be useful for your product?

Send us your website and the question you want to resolve. We’ll make a limited initial review of your public information and tell you whether further work seems worthwhile.

We may recommend the €250 report, suggest a smaller or broader review with a separate quote, or tell you that further work does not look necessary. You decide whether to proceed.

Start with a free check.

Receive a brief email explaining what we checked and what we recommend. This is an initial check, not a full report or a complete list of issues.

No payment details. No obligation to buy.

Documentation, Not Opinions.

Judge the findings by the evidence.

We check product facts against your own published information. Each finding explains the question, the evidence and any limits on what we can conclude. Missing information does not prove a feature is unavailable.

The service is operated by Emerging S.R.O., which operates the six Veracity Media Network software directories. Our public research provides examples of the questions we investigate and how we document the answers.

Your report is delivered privately. Public factual corrections remain free. Buying this service does not purchase a directory listing, a score change, favorable coverage or a Vendor Verified badge.

Questions about the report.

What does this add if we already have a free listing or public preview?

A listing summarizes public product information for buyers. A public Buyer Readiness Preview presents a selected, sourced finding and its limits. The commissioned report covers the agreed buyer questions and adds priorities, editable drafts and follow-up for your team. It is not a fee to correct the listing or unlock a finding already published. If the additional work would offer little practical value, we say so.

Our team already knows the product. Why use an outside review?

We check what a buyer can learn from the information you publish. Your team may know a plan limit or billing condition that is missing or inconsistent on the website. The value is an independent cross-check and a practical set of recommended updates. If your team already does this thoroughly, the review may add little.

Will this explain why our website is not converting?

It can identify unclear or inconsistent information that may make buying decisions harder. It does not tell us why individual visitors leave, whether you attract the right audience or how your design and signup process perform. Those questions need analytics, customer research or conversion testing beyond this scope.

How is this different from a website content audit or SEO audit?

Our review focuses on buyer questions. We check whether the selected pages answer them clearly and consistently. It does not include a full content inventory, search-ranking analysis, backlink review, speed testing, accessibility certification or a website redesign.

Will this improve what AI says about our product?

Publishing clearer, consistent information can give AI tools a better source to consult. Whether an answer changes depends on the sources and system used. This service does not include prompt testing or measure AI mentions, citations or recommendations. We do not promise an improvement in AI visibility.

What if the correct answer is not on our website?

We flag the question for your team and can draft wording with any missing decisions clearly marked. We do not invent a feature, price, security claim or legal commitment. The person responsible for the product, billing or policy must confirm those facts before you publish.

What if you find no issues that need changes?

We do not promise a minimum number of findings. If our initial research suggests the full report would offer little practical value, we explain what we found and offer a full refund before continuing. You can also request the free check before ordering. Finding no issues in the pages we check does not establish that the whole website is complete or accurate.

What if an important page is blocked or requires an account?

We identify the source and ask for an accessible copy where needed. We do not substitute third-party pricing or guess what it says. If missing information prevents us from completing the agreed scope, we offer a full refund. Any revised scope or delivery date needs your agreement.

Do you need access to our product, analytics or customer data?

We review your public product information. It does not require a product account, private analytics or customer records. Product testing, security assessments and legal advice are outside the scope.

Do we have to be listed on LedgerSupply?

No. The software review is available to businesses whether or not they appear in any Veracity Media Network directory. For local services or other businesses, contact us to check whether we can offer a suitable review before purchasing.

Will the report or our correspondence be made public?

Your report and our correspondence are private. Our independent public reviews and factual correction process remain separate. Payment does not influence our public findings or decisions about what to publish.

Does the service include making changes to our website?

No. We provide recommendations and editable drafts. Your team decides what to approve and publishes the changes. The service includes one recheck of up to three updated pages within the stated window.

Does a longer report cost more?

The €250 price covers the defined scope, regardless of the report’s page count or number of findings. Some questions need more explanation than others. We keep the report as concise as the evidence allows. If you need more products, markets, questions or source pages reviewed, we agree a separate quote before starting that additional work. There are no automatic charges for a longer report.

What happens straight after payment?

You receive confirmation of your successful payment, your order reference and the next steps. Within one business day, the person handling your review contacts you to confirm the product and any information still needed. Once that information is complete, we confirm a delivery date within 10 business days of payment and receipt of the required information. You can reply to the order email with questions. The service terms describe these commitments.

What are the cancellation and refund terms?

Our refund policy offers a full refund if you cancel before delivery. If the delivered report is not useful to your team, email a refund request within seven calendar days of delivery. You do not need to prove a fault or agree to revisions first. Feedback is welcome but optional. We also offer a full refund if we cannot fulfil the agreed scope or delivery date; you can choose to agree a revised scope or date instead. Refunds go back to the original payment method, and the time they take to appear depends on the payment provider and bank. This voluntary policy does not limit any applicable statutory rights.
